The most common questions and answers
USPS/EMS/DHL shipping is used for all standard shipping, which will arrive in approximately 7-15 business days. Express shipping is also available, and your preferred extended method can be selected at checkout. Your tracking number will be sent automatically via email. It may take up to 24 hours after your purchase has been completed for the order confirmation to be generated. Also keep in mind that DANNIDION’s shipping facility is closed on weekends.

2.) USPS/EMS International Mail (6-18 day tracking provided. USPS shipments are shipped with the package customs number indicating when the package leaves us. *USPS orders may be subject to a customs tax upon entry into international countries, so please understand your country’s import laws before using USPS*
All of our watches are Unauthorized Authentic or also known as UA, meaning they are the exact same product you would get in a store, with the same box, cover and accessories (if any). However, they are not intended for resale purposes as these are all leftover parts within the sneaker industry that were not intended for resale purposes, also known as surplus that are no longer considered “authentic” even though they are the same. Good news is the answer is also NO. After over 7 years of experience building a strong network of fashion reviewers with a premium supply chain, DANNIDION does our very best to make every single part of every product we sell here to be completely identical to what you would get in a store. Contains details when shining under light/UV light, box, accessories and everything related… (Yes, we are that good) With that said, you can confidently rock everything you buy from us!
Any duties or import fees are charged when the package reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unless our *package insurance cover is purchased as an ‘add-on’ option at checkout. (only 7% of total cart value)
Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot tell you what the cost would be (estimated at $30-50/euro) as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. To ensure there are no surprise charges upon arrival in your country, DanniDion does its best to under-declare the product amount to ensure the tax is at a minimum.
- If an item you select is out of stock, we will hold your order and attempt to contact you about selecting a replacement item. If we are unable to reach you within 48 hours, a refund will be issued for the out-of-stock item and the remaining items in your order will be shipped immediately.
Incorrect or invalid delivery addresses will delay the processing of your order. Please respond to all emails asking for address verification immediately!
If your order is flagged for fraud, processing will be delayed until we can verify that the order is not fraudulent.
Due to high demand, we ship items within 5-10 business days from the date of your order, sometimes much sooner. We will email you immediately as soon as your package has been shipped. Please do not contact us regarding your delivery status before 10 working days from the order date. Expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days once you have received your tracking information in a separate email. If the tracking status currently shows no status, please wait a few more days for new information to load.
Immediately after you have placed your order, we will send a confirmation email to the address you provide with an order/invoice number. This is a reference number that you can use to inquire about your order. If you need to make a return/exchange or have any questions about your order status, please provide our customer support team with your name and order number.
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some places we cannot ship to. If you happen to be in one of these countries, we will contact you.
