Din vara måste vara oanvänd och i samma skick som du fick den.
Den ska också vara i originalförpackningen.
Våra kostnadsfria returer är strikt endast tillämpliga för eventuella fel eller skador som orsakats av oss och godkänts av vårt kvalitetskontrollteam. Detta inkluderar artiklar som inte är identiska med våra produktbilder som visas på vår webbplats.

Not Accepted:
- Items not in its original condition, has damaged or missing parts for reasons which are not due to our error.
- Items which are returned after 7 days of receiving your order.
- Order/s that has already been processed & shipped right after cancellation is being requested.
Steps to Exchange or Refund:
- Submit a ticket request on our website and be as detailed as possible while filling in the information.
- After submission, allow our inspection team up to 48 hours to decide wether or not your order meets our free refund/exchange policy. If disapproved, a 15% exchange fee will be incurred to proceed with your request.
- Upon approval for any Exchange or Refund, you will have to submit your return/shipping slip to us via our ticket form or email us at support@uawmns.com, and we will send you another email to notify you that we have confirmed your request. We will also notify you once your new item/order is being delivered.

Cancellation Policy
- Any orders can only be canceled within [48 hours] when an order is placed, or if your parcel/s has not been shipped out.
- Any duplicated orders will be refunded within [24 hours] and the fund will be back into your account within 3-7 working days without any fee or deduction incurred.

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Shipping confirmation emails may occasionally be sent without tracking numbers. If this is to occur, you will receive a second confirmation email when the warehouse has attached tracking to your order. Please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

We cannot guarantee that we will have all items in stock all the time, if your item is not in stock and is not expected to be in stock within two business days, we will contact you with details of the backorder or a possible substitute item if there is one available or we can reimburse the full amount back to you in life-time store credits.
